11/18/09 - 262.0 lbs. - down 2.2 lbs. - total 13.0 lbs

At this point any weight loss is good weight loss. Another successful week.

Weigh In 11/11/09

2 weeks in

11/11/04 - 264.2 lbs. - down 5.3 lbs. - total 10.8 lbs.

Another good week for my second week. Definitely moving in the right direction. The Herbalife Forumla 1 Shakes are great, as you do not have to worry about getting a solid meal a couple times a day. One less thing to worry about.

This also becomes my starting weight for the challenge being held at work.

11/04/09 - 269.5 lbs. - down 5.5 lbs.

A great week, but the weight comes off faster in the beginning as there are more issues being corrected.

Beginning of Journey

Here is it towards the end of October 2009. I just recently turned 31 and my time of bad habits and poor nutrition have caught up with me. It has been 8 years since I left the Marine Corps and have gone from a solid 190 pounds to a recent weight of 275 and completely sedentary.
My goals are to improve my eating habits, correct my nutrition, and return the the condition I was in when I hit my end of active service back in 2002. My initial goal will simply be to reach 210 pounds. From there I will work on continuing to lose fat, while working to increase muscular capability.
